Yes it sure is, but I may have some bad news. Syncsta and I have gone our seperate ways. Jake has changed on me and is no longer talking to me no more. I dunno what I have done, but I think our friendship is over. I dunno about Chris, but haven’t heard from him in a while. Also there is no longer Syncsta that they both wanted to persue different dreams, but there’s no worries there. They’re still buds. jakewalmsleytv is Jake’s official page.

$275k sounds great these days since just a few years back that little place would have gone for $600k…LOL What?? A non fuctioning fireplace?? Might as well have added drywall and not even have it in there taking space. i love looking at these little places with the giant price tags…:-) They did a nice nice job on the “remodel” and the guest house is a nice feature..
